1. If you are an existing Heaven Scent customer, your details should already be set up on this website. If you've not received an email notification of your account, search via your email address that you usually order with and create a new password - if you have any issues, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
New customers: please set up a new account with your business premises address and as many details as you can. Our team will then review your request and, if successful, approve your account within 48 business hours - you will then be able to view all products and prices, and place an order.
2. Use the headers at the top of this page to navigate to the products you'd like to order. Products under the Heaven Scent Collections tab are available for dispatch within 2 weeks, bespoke-labelled products are subject to lead times that vary between 3-8 weeks depending on the time of year. Please contact our sales team to find out current lead times.
3. Please order all products in multiples of 6 of the same aroma (unless otherwise stated), picking your box colour and alternate aroma name if applicable.
4. If you are a new customer please tick whether you'd like your own bespoke label, Heaven Scent-branded white or coloured labels when ordering each product.
5. Go to the checkout and place your order - our sales team will be in contact if there are any questions or issues. Please note, the majority of our products must be ordered in multiples of 6, if this is not done, we will round orders up and let you know of the adjustment. No payment is taken at this stage, if you are a new customer or pay on a proforma basis our accounts team will be in contact for payment for the order to proceed.
6. Our design team will be in contact with new customers and those who wish to amend their labels in due course.
