How do you send my delivery?

If your order fills 7 boxes or more, we will arrange to send it via a pallet service. We will always contact you beforehand to ensure that your delivery address is able to receive a pallet. Otherwise, your order will be sent well-packaged in spearate boxes via our reliable courier service.

Do you deliver at weekends?

Our standard deliveries are scheduled for Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Saturday deliveries are possible upon request and may incur a surcharge, which we will communicate prior to dispatch and pass on to you.

Do you send products overseas?

We have many overseas stockists and happily ship our products worldwide. Candles and incense are straightforward to deliver. We can issue a qualifying letter to prove originating status for qualifying goods so duties should NOT be payable.

Please note that due to current regulations, exporting cosmetics (any product that comes into contact with skin) can be complex unless the overseas customer assumes the role of the 'responsible person'.

Do you offer drop shipping?

We do not offer a drop shipping service. We deliver your complete order directly to your central designated delivery point for you to distribute to your customers.

How do I report a damaged or missing item?

While every care is taken when hand-packing your order in Wiltshire, accidents can occasionally happen once transit begins. We kindly ask you to carefully inspect your order upon arrival. If there are any breakages, please call or email our dispatch team at contact@heavenscent.co.uk within 72 hours of delivery.

You will not need to return the damaged items, but we do require photographic evidence along with a clear list of all affected products and aromas.
